Being appreciate of who we are, what we have accomplished, what we are learning, the people in our life, is truly a good way to stay in a positive state of mind. Which results in more of the above; sort of like a circle of positive events. Simply put.
On those days that are darker, in the sense that they are challenging and just plain tough, I try to stay in this appreciative state to get me going again.
