The answers to your question depend on whom you ask of course. Here is my suggestion: ask 10 people you know who sold their home. Betting here that 8 out of 10 used a Realtor. Try it. Why a Realtor? Why me, since I am a Realtor. To keep the stress at a manageable level and to actually feel good about yourself and the decision you made. That what I can do for you.
Having said that: thats what a reputable Realtor can do for you. Doesn’t have to be me, although I would love if it you choose to work with me.
