Sometimes you just experience a tough week; it happens. Work becomes difficult, people become difficult, expectations are not met, you get the drift. You start feeling pissed, then angry, then disappointed and BAM; its officially a crappy week. Sounds a lot like my week last week.
And then its Monday and you wake up and feel Positive: its a new week, new beginnings, leave your problems behind, the problems from last week suddenly don’t seem that important anymore. And doing yoga helps a lot too, for me, to get you over this slump faster.
So therefore I want to wish you a happy week and urge you to keep on believing in the power of P ( Positive) thinking. happy Monday!
